Monthly salary is locked here — it comes from the roster on Team & targets, so there is one figure and one place to change it. Incentive %, growth and the slabs are edited here, and incentive and bonus are worked out on the net figures for the month, after tax.
Minimum target is the person's salary multiplied by their grade, plus any growth target you set. Salary comes from the roster on Team & targets; growth is set here.
Monthly business and monthly collection must both reach the same slab. Only the highest slab cleared is paid — bonuses are not added together.
Measured on the whole team's figures for the month, net of GST. The licence amount comes off sales before the comparison.
